Child Safety Standards

Sevya is committed to the safety and protection of minors. We have zero tolerance for any content or behavior that exploits, harms, or endangers children. This page describes our standards and approach to preventing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

1. Zero Tolerance for CSAE

Sevya strictly prohibits any content, communication, or behavior that constitutes child sexual abuse or exploitation, including:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind
• Grooming, solicitation, or sexual communication directed at minors
• Any attempt to exploit, coerce, or manipulate minors for sexual purposes
• Sharing, distributing, or linking to CSAE content

Any account found engaging in such behavior is permanently banned immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where required by law.

2. Age Requirements

Sevya is intended for users aged 18 and older. Users are required to confirm they meet this age requirement during onboarding. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts.

3. Detection & Prevention

• User Reporting: Any user can report a post or profile directly in the app. Reports are reviewed promptly by our team.
• Content Moderation: Reported content is reviewed manually and removed if it violates our policies.
• Account Action: Accounts involved in CSAE-related violations are immediately suspended pending investigation and permanently banned upon confirmation.
• Law Enforcement Cooperation: We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and comply with all applicable legal requirements for reporting CSAE.

4. Reporting CSAE Content

If you encounter any content or behavior on Sevya that you believe involves child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately:

• In-app: Long-press on any post or profile and select "Report"

• NCMEC CyberTipline: www.missingkids.org/gethelpnow/cybertipline

We review all safety reports as a top priority and take immediate action.

5. Our Commitment

Sevya is a social app for adults to plan and attend real-world activities with friends. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment and continuously improving our safeguards to prevent any form of child exploitation on our platform.
