Open the Sevya app and go to the Mana tab (🔮)
Tap Edit Profile
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
Confirm when prompted — your account and data will be permanently removed

Your profile — name, bio, profile photo, gender, city
Your phone number and email address
All posts, moments, and images you uploaded
All Kizuna (friend) connections and requests
Your Tej (personal growth) history across all dimensions
All events (Rendezvous) you created
Your RSVP responses and comments
Scheduled calls and call invites
Blocking and reporting history associated with your account

○ What may be retained (temporarily)

Anonymized crash logs and analytics — retained up to 90 days, cannot be linked back to you after account deletion
Records required by law or to resolve active disputes, if applicable

How long does it take?

In-app deletion: Your account is deactivated immediately. All personal data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

Email request: We will process your request and confirm via email within 7 business days. Full data removal completes within 30 days of confirmation.
