Welcome to Sevya. By using the Sevya mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sevya. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to:

Provide accurate information when creating your account
Keep your login credentials secure
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You may delete your account at any time from within the App.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Post content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, or hateful
Impersonate another person or entity
Spam, solicit, or send unsolicited messages
Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on Sevya. By posting content, you grant Sevya a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the App to provide our services.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

5. Community Guidelines

Sevya is a community built on respect and genuine connection. Users are expected to:

Treat others with kindness and respect
Report content or users that violate these Terms
Engage authentically and honestly

6. Reporting & Blocking

You can report inappropriate content or users through the App. You can also block users to prevent them from interacting with you. We review reports and take appropriate action.

7. Intellectual Property

The Sevya name, logo, design, and underlying technology are owned by Sevya. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

8. Disclaimers

Sevya is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We are not responsible for user-generated content or interactions between users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sevya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
